Okinawa cuisine Tustin

Okinawan cuisine incorporates influence from Chinese cuisine and southeast Asian cuisine due to its long history of trade. Habuya at Tustin is a small nicely decorated restaurant in middle of a strip mall at Tustin. This is a truly an authentic okinawan restaurant. We tried the sea salt clam ramen which taste very fresh. The UNi pasta is very chewy and the sauce has some flavor of uni make it not overly heavy but with a touch of UNi. Prices are fair compared to other Japanese restaurant nearby like Honda ya. We will definitely come back again.

“上原正吉の店 島唄ライブ ナークニー”, a bar where you can listen to the live performance of Okinawa traditional music and current Okinawa songs.

「上原正吉の店 島唄ライブ ナークニー」是間可以聽見沖繩島歌現場表演的酒吧，聽歌費用1000円、入場小菜300円，而且每個人都需要點一樣東西（點大瓶啤酒2人喝是不行的…），消費稍微有點高，約一人2000円左右。不過表演真的很精采，台上台下的互動也算熱絡，可以讓台下點歌，還會帶動全場一起跳舞呢。

店員聽說我們從台灣來，就讓我們點歌，點了「島歌」和「淚光閃閃」，他們都唱了，最後還讓我們上舞台拿三味線跟歌手合照，外國人優待真的很好用，哈哈。
